TOP:- 30mm thick tabletop made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 12mm thick thin PVC foil wrapped decorative profile made up of MDF fixed along all the edges from the bottom side which provide decorative waterfall edge profile to top with twin colour look the decorative trim to be connected at the angle of 45 degrees with each other. M.S. stiffener made up of M.S. rectangular Pipe of size 40X20X0.8 mm thickness is provided for extra support for the Top of length 1200mm and above.
LEG:- 18mm thick leg or gable end made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with M.S. leveller bracket to give floating look.
MODESTY:- Modesty panel made up of 15mm thick pre-laminated particle board providing stability to structure and allow sufficient leg privacy to user. "D" headed Decorative aluminium profile fixed on it, the aluminium profile to be fixed by making grove in the panel for better fixing and integrated look.
STORAGE AND DRAWER:- Provision of three small drawers and storage with space equivalent to the combined area is fixed with top and leg making table an integrated workspace with storage. The storage of size 360(W) X 550(D) X 460(H) mounted on Right Hand Side of the Table made up of 15mm thick PPB  with openable shutter made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board. Three Drawers of size 304(W) X 400(D) X 100(H) made up of 15mm thick pre-laminated particle board mounted on bottom-mounted slides. with upper drawer lockable. All drawers and shutter are with PVC Flush Handle.

What’s Eligible for Return or Part Replacement?

If the item delivered is in a damaged condition, (e.g., damage, chip-off/scratch/peel-off), if the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or color) from the item image on our website or if the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing, customers can choose not to return the item, but instead, request a carpenter from Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. to fix the damages or we will replace the part/component under warranty terms.

10 Days Returnable

Spacewood Product is eligible for refund, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

You can return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.

• To raise a return request, you should click 3-4 clear photographs of the item along with damaged parts & Invoice copy. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
  • 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible & also mark damaged part’s details on AGL (assembly guidelines) hard copy.
  • The image file size should not exceed 5 MB

Evaluate and Pick-Up

• Once we receive the damaged part's images, Spacewood Resolution team will connect with you within 24 working hours.
• The return requests are evaluated by the Spacewood Resolution team and a technician visit may be scheduled (as required). Please note that the resolution will be provided basis the technician’s evaluation report.
• Return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the evaluation of the technician and your subsequent interaction with our Spacewood Customer Support representative.
• Please return the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
• A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the courier partner from the correct shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.

What’s NOT Eligible for Return?

Relocation - After an item has been delivered to you, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc. please note that Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

Damages due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized usage, continuous contact of water are not eligible.

Mode of Refund Payment

Once the order is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location & received at Spacewood facility as per your initial payment mode.

• Do not move or push without dismantling. Do not use acid to clean. Do not abuse closing by legs. Use dry cloth to wipe furniture. Do not lift the furniture by holding top. Do not put water on it. Do not expose to sun

• Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your dining table or any other table which is subject to daily and heavy use.
• Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.
• To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
• To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
• Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
• Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
• To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.
