A Storage unit with bookcase and storage area enables visibility of reference books and Records, can be used as a back unit, complete bookcase or stand-alone storage unit.  
CARCASS:- Top, side panel, bottom panel and skirting are made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board are fixed with the back panel by proper grooving done on the back panel which is made up of 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board. The side panel, bottom and top panel are to be assembled with the help of wooden dowel, knock down fittings Drum with screw and corner fittings to ensure the stability of box structure formed.
SHELF AND SHUTTER:-The carcass is separated in two types of storage, the upper one with glass framed door and glass shelf, lower storage with solid wooden door and shelf of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board. The lower storage is lockable whereas upper storage can be used as a bookcase as well as a showcase. The Glass framed shutter is an integrated assembly of four separate panels with grooving for fixing of glass within. The stainless steel thumb knob is fixed on glass shutters as the handle.For lower shuttered storage, two shutters of dark shade made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board having top patti made up of 5.5mm thick M.D.F on shutter panel . This top patti is of 100mm in height having light shade colour on it which enhance the look of the storage. The shutter is mounted on 0 crank hinges with the provision of D type Aluminum alloy slim handle. Provision of separate lock for lower storage shutters with tower bolt for two shutters locking together.  Provision of adjustable shelf for better placement of files and records.

What’s Eligible for Return or Part Replacement?

If the item delivered is in a damaged condition, (e.g., damage, chip-off/scratch/peel-off), if the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or color) from the item image on our website or if the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing, customers can choose not to return the item, but instead, request a carpenter from Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. to fix the damages or we will replace the part/component under warranty terms.

10 Days Returnable

Spacewood Product is eligible for refund, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

You can return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.

• To raise a return request, you should click 3-4 clear photographs of the item along with damaged parts & Invoice copy. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
  • 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible & also mark damaged part’s details on AGL (assembly guidelines) hard copy.
  • The image file size should not exceed 5 MB

Evaluate and Pick-Up

• Once we receive the damaged part's images, Spacewood Resolution team will connect with you within 24 working hours.
• The return requests are evaluated by the Spacewood Resolution team and a technician visit may be scheduled (as required). Please note that the resolution will be provided basis the technician’s evaluation report.
• Return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the evaluation of the technician and your subsequent interaction with our Spacewood Customer Support representative.
• Please return the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
• A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the courier partner from the correct shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.

What’s NOT Eligible for Return?

Relocation - After an item has been delivered to you, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc. please note that Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

Damages due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized usage, continuous contact of water are not eligible.

Mode of Refund Payment

Once the order is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location & received at Spacewood facility as per your initial payment mode.

• Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your dining table or any other table which is subject to daily and heavy use.
• Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.
• To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
• To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
• Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
• Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
• To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.
