CARCASS:- Top, side panel, bottom panel and skirting are made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board are fixed with the back panel by proper grooving done on the back panel which is made up of 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board. The side panel, bottom and top panel are to be assembled with the help of wooden dowel, knock down fittings Drum with screw and corner fittings to ensure the stability of box structure formed.

DRAWER:- Provision of two books drawer of size 310(W) X 400(D) X 80(H) and one file drawer of size 310(W) X 400(D) X 225(H) made up of 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board with the bottom panel of 9mm thickness. The small drawers are mounted on a telescopic slide with 3/4 extension whereas the big drawer mounted on a telescopic slide with a full extension allowing storage of files with the help of file manager.The upper drawer fascia of lighter shade and middle and big drawer fascia of dark shade made up of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board. Provision of centralizing locking for all three drawers and D type slim handle for drawer .
